The 2nd round of Jakarta Regional Buggy Championship was held last Sunday at Graha Raya Track, Tangerang, West Java.
Thereâ™s a total of 36 racers attended this event which featured three rounds of 10 minutes qualifying with the 2 best rounds to count and 4 groups of finals with 5 drivers bump up.
At morning time before race started, light rain made the track wet and a bit muddy. The race started late at 9.30 AM. My car was not so good in the first and second qualifying with that track condition. Luckily, the weather became hot and shinny in the afternoon; I got better result in the third qualifying after the track dried out. With best 2 out of 3 qualification rounds counted, I was in 5th position for main final grid.
At the main final, I pulled a clean start without any collision and maintain 2nd place all race until the end.
